The practical implementation of many projects is possible only if there is peace and stability in and around the region.
He stated this idea during his speech at the International Conference «Tajikistan — Central Asia: a policy of good neighborliness, mutual support, eternal friendship and common development», which was held March 10, 2023 in Dushanbe on the initiative of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
